Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Skia Studio. We take pride in our Greek-inspired art and want you to love what you receive.

Print-on-Demand Products (Apparel, Mugs, Ornaments, Gift Wrap) Our apparel, mugs, and other print-on-demand items are made to order specifically for you. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for size, color preference, or change of mind.

However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Art Prints, Stickers & Magnets For stickers, magnets, and art prints fulfilled by us directly, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition. Please contact us before sending anything back.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we made an error.

How to Request a Return or Replacement Email us at SkiaStudioart@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if applicable. We'll respond within 2 business days.

Refunds Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
